Terms of UseBOOKING: Bookings can only be made by contact with owners. Children are welcome. Children above the age of 12 are charged full rate. PAYMENT POLICY: Full payment is required at the time of booking. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation within 2 days of arrival date: 20% forfeit of the total booking price. In the event you need to cancel your reservation we will require 2 days notice. Reservations cancelled more than 2 days before arrival will not incur a cancellation fee.
